Duncan & Toplis has built a large and well respected accountancy group across the East of England through investing in strong customer relationships. They asked us to see how we could create a cost effective method of communication that got across the idea of trust and partnership.

D&T have a lot of different areas of specialism, but at the time of launch they had few key assets. We wanted to be able to give the audience a flavour of the friendly, trustworthy nature of D&T employees in a simple, likeable shorthand.
By using dogs, we managed to convey the idea of trustworthy reliability with an ad that the audience actually engaged with, rather than stock imagery of desks and computers.
