At Strawman, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to our web site and individuals with whom we have contact.
In particular, we want you to know that we do not create, sell, rent or distribute email lists or other data with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes.

Email addresses
Business email addresses are retained on our secure CRM system and our secure email server for business use exclusively. Access to both systems is password controlled and on a need-to-know basis.
We do not release any personal or commercially identifiable information to other organisations under any circumstances. Personal data (within the terms of GDPR) will be reviewed every four years to establish the validity of retaining it on our systems. We do not collect or store private email addresses or any other personal data unless the individual concerned has provided, and give permission to use, that data as a contact route for business purposes.
Website cookies
We use website cookies to enable the streaming of video content to the web pages. Vimeo’s embeddable video player uses first-party cookies that we consider essential to the video player experience. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site and the effect of page changes on the user journey. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make any attempt to identify individual visitors.
